Q1. The request for proposal instructions said that we need to attach an application to the RFP, however we were unable to find this application on the court's website. Could you please forward us a blank application.
A1. The reference in the RFP to "applications from interested and qualified Contractors" is not intended to infer that there is a separate application form that must be submitted. The interested Contractor's Proposal submitted in response to the RFP is its application.
Q2. I'd like to know if the court has a template for the RFP that they prefer? If so, could you please forward that to me? I can also use a standard template for the RFP if the court doesn't have a specific format that we need to use.
A2. There is no set template for an interested Contractor's Proposal submitted in response to the RFP. However, the Contractor's Proposal must meet the Form and Contents requirements contained in Sec. III of the RFP.
Q3. Can you please expand upon what qualifies as a Community-based Service under Continuity of Care?
A Community-based Service is a partner agency that fosters the establishment of trusted relationships with families in order to provide appropriate and immediate care relating to individual needs, while supporting the goals of the STAND program.
Q4. Are CYT and FSN the only allowable treatment approaches to be considered as Substance Abuse Treatment Services?
The STAND Program will consider other treatment approaches that are evidence-based, approved by funders, and supportive of the goals of the STAND programs.
