Criminal
The Criminal Division is housed at the Wayne County Criminal Justice Center. The division handles all criminal matters and criminal appeals from district courts in Wayne County.
Some matters are eligible for an expedited docketing process in which all proceedings, except arraignment on warrants, are held at the Circuit Court level to aid with the high volume of cases.
