• All parties shall connect to their Assigned Referee’s Zoom Courtroom by clicking the link (Join Meeting) in the Green Box below.
• If you are unable to connect to the meeting or require an interpreter, please contact your Referee’s Courtroom directly via phone at the phone number listed here.
• As this is a Court Proceeding, Professional Decorum is expected on all Zoom Hearings including, but not limited to, appropriate dress and background view. There shall be no eating, drinking, or gum chewing during the proceeding. Please limit all background noise, distractions, and third party interactions.
• It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to have minor children view, hear, or be a part of the Zoom Court Hearing at any time.

Members of the Public:

• Any member of the public, wishing to attend a Court Hearing, will be permitted to enter the Hearing Room to observe.
• In order to enter a hearing, a member of the public must:
• Review the Court's docket adjacent to each virtual courtroom to ensure timeliness for hearings.
• In accord with MCR 8.115(C)(3)(a) and (C)(5)(b), observers of Third Circuit Court Family Domestic proceedings may not photograph or record court proceedings without the prior approval of the judge presiding over the hearing.
• In accord with federal and Michigan law, the public will not be permitted to remotely attend any cases involving Personal Protection Orders and may be removed from any remote proceeding in which a Personal Protection Order is discussed. MCR 3.705(C) and 18 USC 2265(d)(3).
• The public will not be permitted to attend any hearing the Court has ordered closed under Michigan Court Rule 8.116(D).
