Attorneys shall qualify for assigned counsel appointments as specified below by submitting a completed application, including but not limited to the following:

• A completed Attorney Profile/Application
• Membership in good standing in the Bar of Michigan
• Annual continuing legal education certification from the Detroit-Wayne County Criminal Advocacy Program (CAP); inclusive of being a member in good standing with the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association (WCCDBA).
• Statement/description of experience in criminal law
• Residence or bona fide office in Wayne County
• A valid e-mail address
• A valid telephone and/or cellular number with voice mail capability
