The Court is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. It only has access to and collects information that users voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact. The Court will not sell or rent this information.

The Court will use user information to respond when users contact the Court. The information will not be shared with any third party outside of the Court, other than as necessary to compete the response.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about any updates or changes to this privacy policy.

User Access to and Control Over Information

Users may opt out of any future digital contacts from the Court at any time. Users can do the following at any time by contacting the Court via the email address or phone number given on our website: 

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

The Court takes precautions to protect user information. Sensitive information submitted via the website is protected both online and offline.

Wherever the Court collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), the Court encrypts that information and transmits it to the Court’s website in a secure way. Users can verify this practice by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the Court’s URL address.

While the Court uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, it also protects user information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We engage third party services providers like Google YouTube to perform various function on our behalf and by using the Sites, API or services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube API services are integrated in our Virtual Hearings API client.
