  • All parties shall connect to their Assigned Judge’s Zoom Courtroom by clicking the link (Join Meeting) in the Green Box below.
  • If you are unable to connect to the meeting or require an interpreter, please contact your Judge's Courtroom directly via E-mail at the E-mail addresses listed below.
  • As this is a Court Proceeding, Professional Decorum is expected on all Zoom Hearings including, but not limited to, appropriate dress and background view. There shall be no eating, drinking, or gum chewing during the proceeding. Please limit all background noise, distractions, and third party interactions.
  • It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to have minor children view, hear, or be a part of the Zoom Court Hearing at any time.

Members of the Public:

  • Any member of the public, wishing to attend a Court Hearing, will be permitted to enter the Hearing Room to observe.
  • In order to enter a hearing, a member of the public must:
    • Be on time for the Court Hearing. Once a hearing has started, it will not be paused to allow members of the public into the virtual hearing room. You would then have to wait for the next hearing to be admitted.
    • Identify yourself with both video and sound. You will be renamed by Court staff as “Public”.
    • The public will not be permitted to attend any cases involving domestic violence and may be removed from any proceedings in which domestic violence is discussed.
    • Please review the Court's docket adjacent to each Judge's virtual courtroom to ensure timeliness to Hearings.
***Important: Use of Cell Phones or Electronic Devices During Virtual Court Hearings***

  • Virtual court hearings are subject to the same rules as hearings conducted within a courtroom or referee hearing room. See MCR 8.115.
  • All cell phones and electronic devices must be on silence.
  • There shall be no recording of court proceedings without the Judge’s or Referee’s permission.
  • There shall be no recording or photographing of people in the courthouse, which includes the virtual court hearing, without their consent.
  • No one shall use a cell phone or other portable electronic device to communicate in any way with any courtroom participant including, but not limited to, a party, a witness, or juror at any time during any court proceedings.
