VPN Instructions

Step 1: If your computer is not showing the current Date, please reset it back to correct date.
(*Skip this step, if your computer is showing today's date)

Right-click on the time display on bottom-right of the taskbar and then choose “Adjust date/time“. This will open the Date time page in the Settings window. In the right pane you can see the two settings: “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically“. Move them to On position.

Step 2:  Restart your PC.
Please Restart your computer. 
Note: This is different from shutting down your computer. You must pick the option to Restart instead of Shutdown.
Step 3:
Click the VPN link under staff resources to login to the VPN portal like you normally do.

Step 4:
Click the Uninstall link as shown in the picture.

Next check the box and then click the download button.

Now click the Download button as shown below. 


After the download is complete, "Open" the Zip file and run the .cmd file by double clicking it.


Wait for the program to complete and then come back to your browser window and click on "Home".


Step 5:
Click the Install link as shown in the picture.


Follow the steps like in the previous "uninstall" step. i.e. In the next screen, check the box and then click the download button. In the screen that follows click the "Download" button. After the download is complete, "Open" the Zip file and run the .cmd file by double clicking it. 

Step 6:
Next click on your Desktop link in the VPN screen and this should connect you to your desktop.
