Subject: Lincoln Hall of Justice

The electrical power at the Lincoln Hall of Justice has been partially restored. So, please carefully read our operation information for August 8, 2018:

*The Lincoln Hall of Justice Buildings B and C are still without power and will be closed August 8, 2018. The Juvenile Division staff who are assigned to work in Buildings B and C are not to report to work. Any appointments will be rescheduled.

*A generator will supply power to Building A so that it will be open for normal operations on August 8, 2018. All staff who are assigned to work in Building A are to report to work. Attorneys and the public should report for scheduled court proceedings and hearings.

*Neglect preliminary hearings will be conducted at their normal locations at their normal times.

*The Referee Intake Office will be open August 8, 2018 at the Juvenile Detention Facility at 10:00 a.m., 1325 St. Antoine, Detroit, MI.

*The S.T.A.N.D. Graduation will be conducted August 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the MSU Center in Detroit as planned. All staff involved in the ceremony should report as previously directed.

Updates on the power outage will be posted on the Court’s website and social media.
