African American or Black:
A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.

American, and who maintains cultural identification through tribal affiliation or community recognition.
Asian or Pacific Islander:
A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast
Asia, the Indian subcontinent, or the Pacific Islands. These areas include, for example, China, India, Japan, Korea, the Philippine Islands and Samoa.
Hispanic or Latin American:
A person having origins in any of
the original people of Spain, Portugal, South American, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Cuba.
White:
A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, North Africa or the Middle East.
Multiracial:
A person having parents of different races.
